Privacy notice

How we handle personal information when you visit hexanta.ai, or another Hexanta website that links to this notice, or email us.

Last updated: 29 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Hexanta (“we”, “us”). For any question about this notice or your personal information, email support@hexanta.ai.

What we collect

This website has no forms and does not ask you for personal information. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, organisation and message.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information about requests to the site (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website does not use cookies or advertising and does not track you across other websites. It uses privacy-friendly visitor analytics, described below.

Visitor analytics

We use our hosting provider’s web analytics to understand, in aggregate, how our websites are used. It uses no cookies. For each page view it records the page address, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in a link we shared (such as utm_source), an approximate location (country, region and city), and your device type, operating system and browser. We also record which buttons and links are used (for example Request a demo, Contact or Log in) and, on pages with films, whether a film was started or could not play, how much of it was played and whether sound or captions were switched on.

Visits are counted with a short-lived code derived from your request, which the provider discards after 24 hours. We see only aggregated counts: we cannot see your IP address, we do not try to identify you, and we do not combine this information with anything else. We do not use session recording, keystroke tracking or fingerprinting. Our analytics reports cover up to 12 months; the provider may keep the underlying records longer under its own terms.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we send no analytics. You can also switch analytics off in your browser by adding ?hx_analytics=off to the address of any of our pages (and on again with ?hx_analytics=on); this saves that one setting in your browser and nothing else. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our websites are used so that we can improve them.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration or private beta access if you ask for it, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Hexanta. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel hosts this website and provides its visitor analytics.
  • Hostinger provides our email service, which receives and stores the emails you send us.

These providers process information on our behalf. Some of them may process it outside the United Kingdom, with safeguards provided by their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and we review and delete old correspondence regularly.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@hexanta.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

Changes

We will update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes.
